Product images are delivered within 2-4 business days. See details below:
1-10 products: 2 business days.
11-20 products: 3 business days.
21-40 products: 4 business days.
Lifestyle images are delivered within 2-4 business days. See details below:
1-3 lifestyle images: 2 business days.
3-5 lifestyle images: 3 business days.
5-15 lifestyle images: 4 business days.
Classic Photo Editing tasks (Background Removal, Color, Light, and Shadow Correction) are delivered by 09:00 if uploaded by 16:00 the previous day.
Once an order is uploaded, we start immediately, so changes cannot be made to the order. If you have just placed your order, please contact our customer service, which may be able to note changes to the order in some cases. You can contact customer service here.
Once an order is approved and paid for, you, as the customer, own 100% of the rights to the images.
We have various teams located in Asia that work together to carry out tasks. Our support team is based in Denmark and speaks English.
All tasks from the previous month are invoiced on the 1st of the following month with a 9-day payment deadline. The invoice can be paid via bank transfer, SWIFT and IBAN, or credit card. Please contact our customer service if you have any further questions.
